WorkiDoc uses a combination of rule-based classification and AI to categorize incoming emails. You define rules based on sender addresses, subject keywords, and body content. Emails matching these rules are automatically assigned to the corresponding project. The AI system also learns from your corrections to improve accuracy over time.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Email account connections use OAuth, so we never store your email passwords. All files are stored in AWS S3 with encryption.
